What benefits do I have?

Benefits depend on your specific insurance plan. We can help you understand what’s included and how to access everything available to you.

What happens in a nurse assessment?

A licensed nurse will ask simple questions about your daily activities and health needs to help determine your eligibility for LTCI benefits.

How do I schedule services?

Support services can be scheduled online through our Aging-in-Place Marketplace or by calling our Customer Service line at 888-242-0910.

What is the helpful® card?

helpful® is a flexible benefits card that can be used for support services, OTC items, groceries, utilities, or rent/mortgage payments. If your health plan participates in the helpful® program, you can use your flex card to make purchases online at our Aging-in-Place Marketplace or at eligible retail locations nationwide.

Can I get help for my parent or spouse?

You can get help for your parent, your spouse, or another family member, but you may need authorization to make care decisions on their behalf. Consult your insurance plan for details about how to access support as a family caregiver.
