I wasn't always int he health field but, after watching what my grandmother went through, I felt the need to change carrers and change the world, even if it is for one person at a time. I have experience and what I do not know I will learn quickly. most of all I have compassion, and I believe thats one of the most important qualities someone should have for this career field.

I worked for estee lauder for 15 years as a quality assurance worker and then working in the warehouse for them. I also be came a mom during those times. I got into this because I watched my grandmother suffer with not so nice workers and I just wanted to make a difference in peoples lives and show them that there are some good ones still out here. I also have worked in a group home for mentally disabled adults for about 8 years.
