Expert Guidance and Resources to Empower Aging in Place

Successful aging in place requires access to a variety of resources. Our Care Concierge program includes a member engagement team of geriatric care managers, researchers, and data scientists. This program is the industry’s first turnkey solution available for long-term care insurance providers, Medicare Advantage health plans, and other payers.

Reach every insured

The Helper Bees Care Concierge team supports insureds regardless of where they are in their aging journey (pre-claim and on-claim).

  • The Helper Bees provides partners with a branded, customized, aging-in-place content site that features impactful educational resources and tools.
  • To meet the needs of every insured and their family, we deliver content in three ways: online, offline, and on-demand.

Combining novel technology and traditional care management techniques, the Care Concierge program improves the claims cost curve, at scale. Demonstrated early results = a 1.8X improvement in the ability to remain at home.

Reach every insured

Expert guidance and choice

The Care Concierge team guides plan members and their families through care options, local services, and new technologies to boost wellness and promote independence within the home.

  • The Care Concierge completes a risk assessment and provides an action plan that includes service recommendations.
  • The team is also available to care recipients and case managers to help navigate services into the home and resolve any customer service requests or complaints.
  • Our Marketplace offering allows the Plan to allocate credits to its care recipients to be used toward predetermined aging-in-place services.
Expert guidance and choice

One of the best ways we can support our customers is by helping to guide them, and their families, in how to plan for the impacts of a long-term care event. We believe the launch of Lincoln Concierge Care Coordination, in conjunction with Lincoln’s industry-leading long-term care products, will greatly assist policyholders and their families in navigating the process of planning for and finding care, as well as understanding what resources are available to them. By offering these services to our customers before they need long-term care we hope it will help them age in place and lead stronger, healthier lives.
