It’s only fitting that a company dedicated to enriching lives would go above and beyond for its employees, so perhaps it’s no surprise that The Helper Bees made its second consecutive appearance on the Forbes list of America’s Best Startup Employers in 2025. The Helper Bees, in-home care professionals with a technology platform that helps older adults age safely and independently, ranked 115 (out of 500 companies) in the sixth annual edition of the list.

Forbes arrived at its selections and rankings by evaluating each startup’s “company reputation, employee satisfaction, and growth.” The Helper Bees’ high standing reflects its commitment to hiring the right talent, fostering a productive and positive culture, and succeeding at the company’s mission to improve the aging-in-place experience across the country.
