Throwback Tracks

“We are in the beginning of a partnership with THB, so in the future we will have a very robust time capsule, but one initial memory that comes to mind is when they were first in Southern California and we deployed an outbound call program on our D-SNP members to see what needs they have. Our care management team determined that we had members who were in need of air purifiers. It was so easy to engage THB’s team to ensure we could offer these items. It was a great service we were able to provide our members, as their air quality was being compromised and could have resulted in other health-related issues.”
“I’ll never forget the first checkout we had on our wellness website. It was a kitchen scale, even though it was an odd product. It was the first of many more purchases that would shape the future of the program. Thank you so much Helper Bees!”
“It’s been so fun to grow the wellness space with THB. I remember the early days around 2018-2021 when LTC wellness was just gaining momentum and we had some of our first conversations with Char. It’s amazing to see where it has gone and how THB has grown.”
“THB visited our home office so that we could have several dedicated days to improve our data quality. We made significant progress, developed new skill sets in both companies, and built friendships. Thank you THB!”
“While our business relationship goes back quite a ways, I have only been involved for the last couple of years. What has stood out to me over that time frame are the partnership, ideas, and genuineness that THB exhibits in their interactions.”
“The most memorable THB memory is being a part of our wellness recovery launch and seeing the impact of the program on the members. It’s been a great partnership. Also, my first ILTCI getting to meet everyone in person.”
“Core THB memory is meeting them for the first time at the ILTCI conference. They were trying to pitch their business while still setting up their cardboard booth.”
“The most important phone call I received from Char was during the first two weeks of March 2020: ‘Hey, we just acquired a company that does virtual assessments. Are you interested?’ And yes, we were. The virtual assessments allowed our operations to continue uninterrupted during the pandemic. We are still using virtual assessments now, six years later, due to their efficiency, quality, and low cost.”
“I’ve been working and interacting with THB for several years now and continue to be impressed with all the amazing people. Fondest memory is pulling this group together in Portland and seeing the way they interact, they share, they challenge, and they have fun. Keep on keeping on THB. You’re doing amazing work!”
