What’s your favorite memory from your time with THB so far?
On the Road Again - Willie Nelson
The times I was in Austin at the HQ for leadership week. I hate the travel to Austin, but I sure do dig being there.
What does our mission mean to you?
Take Me Home, Country Roads - John Denver
My late mother-in-law lived with us for a long time in her declining years. In-home care would have kept her out of the nursing home longer and made the years when we were her caretakers much easier on us.
Many of our team members have been caregivers themselves. Do you have a personal experience with caregiving? If so, please share your story.
Bedshaped - Keane
Yes, I was a caregiver for my late mother-in-law.
The Bees are an interesting bunch of people. Tell us something cool about you!
Les Champs-Élysées - Joe Dassin
I am likely the only Bee who owns a house in France.
What do you hope to accomplish at THB in the next year?
9 to 5 - Dolly Parton
My hope is to make the department more productive. There are a number of processes that we can automate, as they are time consuming, redundant, and require little in the way of thinking.
