  • Do I have to pay to use The Helper Bees facility matching program?

    The Helper Bees facility matching program is complimentary for certain John Hancock long-term care policyholders. You do not have to pay to receive recommendations for local facilities — however, you will pay for the facility out of pocket once you take up residence.

  • Can I get help with my long-term care insurance policy?
